Sunrise Square is a development from Rolling Bay Land Company, planned to include office and retail space, apartments, and a restaurant. But more than the building, the site will become a neighborhood square, to meet, gather, eat, have a beer, hang out, wander the path around the meadow and enjoy the wonderful place we call home – Rolling Bay.

Sunrise Square is a new eco-develoment from Rolling Bay Land Company, planned to include office and retail space, apartments, single-family homes and a restaurant. A walking path bordered with native berries and fruit trees will connect the sunny courtyard and meadow to the front of the property and to the adjoining neighbors.

The buildings will incorporate state-of-the-art technologies with the goal of using 50% less water and energy than comparable projects. The design and performance of these systems will be available to the public.

The design inspiration for Sunrise Square.

Our design inspiration for this project comes from places as varied as Bay Hay and Feed, classic barn architecture, and the cafes and plazas of Europe, which are shown above along with our proposed materials palette.
